气候相关社论聚焦地球反照率下降:海面冷却云减少,加上国际海事组织 2020 年船舶燃油硫含量新规削弱了硫酸盐气溶胶的冷却效应,使地球吸收更多阳光。文章借保罗·克鲁岑(Paul Crutzen)当年指出的"政策困境",提出一个难题:清洁空气能救命,却也会削弱某些污染物带来的冷却作用。AI 主线讨论"安全可控"与"主权 AI":德米斯·哈萨比斯(Demis Hassabis)提出公私混合监管设想,而所谓主权 AI 是夹在中美之间的次优选择,完全独立于两大国的算力与模型并不现实。
